From excavation, underpinning and retaining walls through the structure and glazing to the finished room.
Loft conversions
Dormer, mansard and hip-to-gable conversions, with the structure, insulation and fire safety built to current Building Regulations.
High-specification interior fit-out
Joinery, stone, kitchens and bathrooms finished to the detail on the drawings.
Structural alterations
Openings, steel beams, underpinning and party wall work, coordinated with the structural engineer and building control.
Scaffolding and access
Scaffold, temporary works and safe access arranged and managed, including for external repairs and decorations on larger buildings.

Protection, welfare, a construction phase plan under CDM 2015 and a word with the neighbours.
